Different people prefer different times of the available twenty-four hours provided to us to study. Some people can wake up early in the morning and study, some students prefer the evenings, and some people prefer the night. Few courses require an extensive amount of reading, while some courses are more experimental-based. For such courses which require tonnes of reading one has to dedicate quite a huge amount of the available twenty-four hours to achieve the decided set study goals for the day. Usually, students prefer to study continuously with little breaks and without much noise, so they prefer nighttime to study as the complete world is fast asleep and there are fewer disturbances.
According to many types of research done by medical experts, early mornings or the time between morning four to morning eight i.e from 4 am to 8 am is considered to be the best time to study as one’s mind is well rested and fresh after sleep. Studying late at night might not be as beneficial as studying early in the morning, as during night one’s mind is tired and body also feels fatigued. One can study better when both body and mind are well-rested.

To study all night long, one needs to collect all the available data, materials, and notes regarding the subject beforehand. One needs to complete notes before getting started. Being prepared means :
- Completing all notes and getting them checked for any mistakes.
- Collecting all relevant materials related to the subjects.
3.Finding the best and fun-loving tricks to study
One knows certain strengths and weaknesses of own. For example, someone is good at remembering through reading, someone else is good at learning through listening, someone else might be a visual learner through graphs or pictures, someone might be a kinesthetic learner who would prefer learning through practical experiences much more. Thus developing certain learning and study tricks and techniques can lead to a better study experience. Tricks can include :
- Playing light music if one is comfortable.

Taking power naps of approximately 15-20 minutes in between the study sessions can improve the learning ability of a person as the mind gets relaxed and the body also feels after sitting continuously seating at one place. Continuous study sessions can lead to detachment or fatigue. Having a healthy sleep cycle of a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 8 hours can improve the learning and grasping capacity of the brain. 6.Stretching, moving and relaxing in between the study sessions
Little stretches, getting up and moving around the room, changing the study position or placement can help a lot in getting little relaxation. Taking small breaks or creating break windows among the study sessions can lead to better, more interesting, and intriguing study schedules. This reduces body fatigue. Mind also gets a little diverted and thus gets a little relaxed. One can take a break in the form of:
- Performing light exercises and relaxing both mind and body

Distractions can be in any form like cell phones, social media, or even a person or an event. One can lessen the usage of a cell phone, or keep a distance for a short time from a certain person or a friend, who one thinks can be a distraction. Turning a complete blind eye to all sorts of distractions helps in saving time and being more focused towards the main goal for pulling an all-nighter that is studying.
8.Staying hydrated all night long
Water, hot tea or coffee, energy drink, or any soft drink of preference keeps the energy up in the body and helps to retain the fluid levels in the body.
