What ever happened to TJ Swan Wine?

People Reviews

Someone told me recently that they started to make it again, I especially loved Easy Nights. Does anyone know of a wine that tastes like Easy Nights, and don’t tell me Boone’s Farm, it is nothing like TJ Swan. Thanks in advance for any input.

There was a question asked earlier by someone else about contact information for TJ Swan Wine and here was what the best answer was:

I would kill to get a bottle of T J Swan Easy Nights or even Mellow Days. Unfortunately, neither is produced anymore. A good friend of mine owns a liquor store and did his best to try and locate some, but to no avail. I recommend you drown your tears in Boones Farm peach wine. That’s as close as I ever found to Easy Nights, and it sorely lacks.

I know that’s not exactly what you wanted to hear but it seems to be the only answer out there. I did some searches myself and came up with nothing myself.

I have an unoƿє-ṅєd bottle of Easy Nights. Salvaged it back about 9 years ago when my boss said to toss it when the business was relocating. I loved that wine!! Many fond memories with all four of the TJ Swan wines. Haven’t been able to find an equal since the quit making it. Hadn’t seen one of these bottles since 1980.

What ever happened to TJ Swan Wine?

TJ Swan Wine was one of the first wine companies to make a name for themselves in the United States, and they’ve been around since 1978. The company’s wines have won medals at prestigious competitions all over the world, and they continue to produce high quality wines that are sure to please. However, as of 2018 TJ Swan Wine has gone out of business. Why? In this article, we’re going to explore what happened to TJ Swan Wine and why it failed. We’ll take a look at the company’s history, their products and how they performed in market, and finally discuss some of the problems that led to their demise. Hopefully reading this article will give you some insight into how to avoid making the same mistakes that TJ Swan Wine did.

TJ Swan Wine was one of the most popular wine brands in the United States

TJ Swan Wine was one of the most popular wine brands in the United States. TJ Swan Wine was created by Thomas J. Swan in 1978 and was based out of Paso Robles, California. The brand became well known for its Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot wines. In 2010, TJ Swan Wine filed for bankruptcy. Since then, the brand has been sold and discontinued.

The company went bankrupt in 2016

TJ Swan Wine was a small family-owned winery that operated in California for over 30 years. However, the company went bankrupt in 2016 after suffering from decreased wine sales and heavy debt.

The company’s problems began when the global wine market experienced a decline in demand in 2008. This caused TJ Swan Wine to lose money even though they were selling wine at high prices.

To make matters worse, the recession caused people to reduce their spending on alcohol. This led to a decline in wine sales at TJ Swan Wine. In addition, the company also had to pay high taxes and increased costs associated with health and safety regulations.

As a result of all these factors, TJ Swan Wine became unable to repay its debts. The company filed for bankruptcy protection in 2016 and closed its doors later that year.

What happened to TJ Swan Wine?

The TJ Swan Wine blog is no more. A few weeks ago, the blog’s owner, TJ Swan, announced that he was shutting down the site. Swan didn’t provide a clear reason for why he was doing this, but it seems likely that it has something to do with the current economic climate.

Swan started the TJ Swan Wine blog in 2007 as an outlet for his wine writing and criticism. He quickly became known for his wit and irreverence, and his site quickly developed a large following. Over the years, he published dozens of articles on a wide range of topics related to wine.

It’s disappointing to see TJ Swan Wine go away, but at least he left us with a lot of great writing. If you’re looking for some good wine writing, you should definitely check out his archive.

Conclusion

TJ Swan Wine was once one of the most popular wine brands in the United States. After the company’s founder, TJ Swan, retired in 2004, his son took over and continued to produce wines under the TJ Swan name. However, due to lawsuits filed against the company by several winemakers who claimed that they were not properly compensated for their grapes, TJ Swan Wine ceased production in 2010. If you’re looking for a vintage wine brand to invest in, be sure to steer clear of TJ Swan Wine; it’s likely that its days as a leading producer are behind it.
