Cosmicly energetic = used to be relevant to the video while being a reference to A:TLA (Book 2 episode 19 & 21 and possibly book 3 episode 13)
In the first two episodes I mentioned Aang, the avatar, learns to unlock his chakras in order to master the avatar the state. the last chakra deals with cosmic energy which is blocked by earthly detachment.
