I have that model too, and I just figured something out. If you press and hold the SET/AL SET button, a number comes up: either 01, 02, 03 or 04. These correspond I believe to the four time zones in the US: Eastern, Central, Mountain & Pacific respectively. Use the up and down arrows to switch to the one you want. Then just wait and it goes back to the time automatically.
Here is their support center. I could find no mention at all of the CA-15 model.
To set the clock, hold down the SET/AL SET button on the back of the clock. You should see a number 0_ flashing, which might refer to the time in between snoozes (I m not quite sure). Hit SET again and “ON” or “OFF” will flash indicating daylight savings time (you need to manually set this because it will not switch automatically) to change the setting press the up or down arrow, either one works for this setting. Press SET/AL again and the hour should begin to flash. Use the up or down arrow to reach the appropriate hour and press SET/AL which will then flash the minutes which you will change by pushing up or down. Next it will flash “12HR” or “24HR,” indicating whether you want your clock to display “military time” or not. Next the year will flash. To set this press the up or down arrows until you reach the current year. Once you have entered the correct year press SET/AL and the first number at the bottom left side of the clock will flash. This indicates the month. To set this, press the up or down arrows until you come to the appropriate month. After pressing AL/SET the next to flash will be the day which you change in the same way, up or down arrows. The lat to flash will be a number 0_ which I don t know the function of.
Hopefully this helps. Capello no longer recognizes this clock so it is difficult to figure out unless you fiddle around with it.
Take out batteries, then put them back in. It will then reset to correct time.
