Amway’s website does not have any info about warranty on their pots and pans product.

I just called due to warped bottoms. This became obvious on new cooktop. I was told the pans were not designed for flat cooktops. They did however offered to replace the individual pots any way. The had the large sauce pan and 12″ fry pan but not the duch oven pot. They are sending the 2 replacements.

Guess I ll make a flower pot out of the big pot

I called customer service at 800-253-6500 and they are sending replacement Queen cookware.
