How many 1 cm squares would it take to construct a square that is 3 m on each side?

Can anyone help?

300 x 300 = 90,000.

90000 1-cm squares

3m is 100cm so 300 squares x 300 squares = 90000

90000.

No Thomas, you’re silly. That would be a cube, not a square.

Aaron S is correct. x
