It is appearing when my computer boots (could be from my USB drive). Not sure if I’m supposed to install it.
Check whether there is a file called RESTART.EXE on your USB drive.
It may be part of the xfast usb3 software, if you are using an asrock motherboard. Basically a turbo button for usb2 devices, hooked up to a usb 3 capable computer. Not usb3 speeds, but ALMOST the theoretical maximum for usb2.
