i want to buy this cheap car, and they call it a ‘beater with a heater’ what does that mean?
That means it runs, and the heater works, but don’t expect much more. Basically it means bare minium transport, likely with lots of the extra stuff (radio, maybe some dash lights, gauges, whatever) broken or missing.
