Thanks
Its pretty much the same as in fable 2, if you eat to much meat or fatty foods like pies your character will gain weight. If you eat the more healthier choices like carrots, celery tofu etc your characters weight will go down.
In fable 3 however its read a bit different, if the bar is in Red its Skinny and if the Bar is in Green its Fat so you want your characters bar to be in the Red this time around.
Your character however will begin to ever so slowly gain weight if you dont eat overtime, so if you find yourself barley eating the good foods to stay skinny or what not then you want to keep watch on your bar and make sure its where you want it Red-Skinny Green-Fat.
You can find Tofu in MourningWood
I think you cany buy Celery in Bowerstone Old Quarter if you rebuilt it in the end, and also in the Mourningwood camp but im not completly sure
I do know for sure that Celery and Carrots can be found in Brightwall
There is a weapon that is called SlimQuick that also helps you lose weight, but you do have to eat(get fat) while using the weapon to get the ability that helps you lose weight. With the ability you lose weight with every hit. so depending on you see that solution it could be helpful or not.
Hope that helps you a bit.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I’ve lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I’m just concerned that I’m losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven’t followed the guide exactly. I’m not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I’d followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I’d lose. So thanks again for the information. I’ve never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

The answer the quite simple, quite simple indeed… Eat celery! I found out that if you don’t eat anything, you gradually gain weight regardless. If you drink alcohol or eat things like chocolates etc you gain weight fast, but if you eat potatoes and celery (a celery vendor is located in Brightwalls) you lose weight. Took me a while to figure it out. Eventually I just tried to eat everything just to see what they’d do, and celery did the trick.
I’m Laurie and I’ve lost 60 pounds. I went from a size 14 to a size 6.Since I’ve lost the weight I feel great. I have lots of energy. I’m willing to do different things. I just love going out, and playing with the kids, and having fun. It’s changed everything. My whole life has changed.

No secret.
For weight loss exercise such as swimming, running, cycling and even walking can help but dieting can often help a lot more than exercise.
A very good and healthy weight loss diet is the DASH diet that can also help to reduce high cholesterol and high BP.
The DASH diet includes a lot of fruit and vegetables combined with whole grains and cereals plus low fat dairy products such as low fat cheese, milk and yogurt as well as lean meats.
Good serials are Weetbix, oatmeal, oatbran, wheat bran and wheat germ.

Keep cut-up fruits and veggies in the fridge to grab for snacks or easy foods.
It can a vegetable when you buy it and a fruit when you eat it.
Include at minimum 10 to 15 grams associated with protein, which suppresses ghrelin, a hormone that stimulates your desire for foods. Include eggs, which are which could control hunger.

Reading this I just have to share something because I spent many many years switching from diet to diet without acheiving any real results until I discovered Pams magic plan (just google it). Without doubt its the best results that I have ever had and I have kept it off to this day.
