Sono entrambi avverbi esistenti. Possono essere sinonimi, ma anche avere significati diversi.
GRAMMATICALMENTE (con la L):
significa “dal punto di vista grammaticale” ed è quello più usato. Nei dizionari si trova anche la forma arcaica GRAMATICAMENTE, con una M sola (con la † vicino).
Es. “Questa frase è grammaticalmente accettabile”.
GRAMMATICAMENTE (senza L):
significa anch’esso “dal punto di vista grammaticale”, ma è arcaico sia con una M che con la MM.
Esiste poi una citazione (fatta anche dall’Accademia della Crusca) che fa riferimento a una novella della raccolta “Il pecorone” di Giovanni Fiorentino, risalente alla fine del ‘300, dove questo avverbio compare con il significato, probabilmente, di “bravamente, con risolutezza”. Ecco il passaggio: “Quelli, ch’erano a tavola, sentendosi dare da buon senno, si volsero grammaticamente, dando a chi dava loro”.
Detto tutto questo, l’unico termine utilizzato nella lingua italiana oggigiorno è GRAMMATICALMENTE.
