(Definately not A, B – well, it’s not *mostly* and you shouldn’t assume that anyway, and definately not D. In fact, D is really the reason for skepticism.)
Well, based upon my personal experiences with psych doctors, I’d have to say A. They think people don’t know how they feel and or why they feel that way, have underlying problems that have been buried deep in their psychy, these doctors love to twist what patients say to fit the diagnoses they have labeled them with.
