It doesn’t literally mean “drip drip drop”, but rather しんしん is an adverb (that takes と) in Japanese, meaning “to fall heavily (as in rain or snow)”. The English dub just changed the saying to “drip drip drop” probably just to match the mouth movements and the general pattern.
