I don’t think sarku is a Japanese word.
Source(s): a native Japanese
I don’t think Sarku Japan is owned/named by Japanese.
It’s not a authenticJapanese words/foods.
There’s no Japanese word as “sarku” but it’s closer to the word “saku” which means a harvest or to bloom.
Searched by Yahoo “sark teriyaki”, then found the restaurant in Richmond. The Japanese man often go there and eat Teriyaki, but the people working there are not Japanese, but tastes ok according to him.
In Japan no restaurant with such name is found.
