ETOH stands for Ethyl Alcohol, qd is “four times daily” and prn is “as needed”. These are shorthands for prescription dosing, and obviously a funny for a t-shirt

PRN = As Needed
qd is everyday, prn is as needed. tid three times a day and qid four times a day. bid twice a day.
