It’s Turkish ‘olsun’ means get ‘Şerif’ means sheriff ‘Mubarek’ MIGHT mean happy in the sense of ‘Happy Halloween’ about ‘bajram’ i think you got the spelling wrong or it might be a name.

You actually answer it by saying “Allah razi olsun” and both saying are in Turkish. But yeah Bosnians butcher it by saying Alahraziallah or alaraziyala

Edit: Yup it means Eid Mubarak, I searched and found out it is Turkish – used in the Baltic region like Albania or Bosnia.
