At papa johns the 3 cheese blend is on the toppings list. if i get this topping does that replace the standard cheese or is it added to it?
Most will use a combo of mozzarella, cheddar and either provolone or parmesan, some may use asiago, a soft slightly pungent cheese more often it is the first 3 I mentioned, I like using them all but it is expensive.

The three cheese blend, two cheese blend, and their new cheddar cheese are all added on top of the normal amount of mozzarella cheese.
That’s why you are charged for a topping when you add it; you are adding extra cheese.

This is so wrong and none of these answer the question. The three cheese blend adds three more cheeses to your pizza it is a topping. Every pizza comes with mozzarella. If you add the three cheese blend then you get asiago, fontina, and provolone on top of the mozzarella. Unless you ask for no cheese and just get three cheese.
There is no difference between stores they all get the same blended cheese boxes shipped in fresh. We don’t have those individual cheese sitting around they come to us blended.
