It think it did. I run a liquor store in Utah. The Utah warehouse has been out of stock for a long time. Tattoo is no longer shown on the Captn Morgan website… Most unfortunate. Twas the only Captn Morgan product that I found at all impressive (particularly when mixed with Bird Dog Chocolate whiskey (one of America s true culinary masterpieces!
