in a chapter of a reality show.. a woman says I love getting colonics… i coulnd’t really get it..

Colonics are enemas. They wash out your excretory system.
Some idiots think that colonics will wash out bad substances from your body. There is no medical evidence that they have any benefit to the the average person. In fact, when one does this, he subjects himself to the possibility of puncturing his colon.

Yeah..i am not the only one curious about this term. Murr asked the women what her secret was. she said i love getting colonic..i check the google immediately and got this post….i got it now…i learnt many unfamiliar words from FRIENDS too.

I guess you’re watching too much of impractical jokers. Colonics is an ąղąӀ cleaning process through which your large intestine is cleansed. Hope it helped
