Why are lollipops banned in Washington state?

And don’t tell me they aren’t. I know for a fact they are. I’d like to know why they are, who started the law, when it became a law ETC.

They aren’t, not if you are speaking of the candy on a sick. I live in Washington State and know better. I was just at a store today and there were lollipops there.

the law is on the books still, it just isn’t observed, as many aren’t.
