answer A is correct as Jupiter- 63 moons, Saturn- 60, Uranus- 23, Neptune- 18 (approx).
answer B is correct, but I can’t explain.

B = all planets are predicted to have large rocky cores, even gas giants
a = mercury and venus have no moons
c = Only Venus orbits in a retrograde pattern
d = gas giants…..
