what would happen if you injected glow stick liquid into your veins?

i really wanted to try putting the glow stick stuff while its glowing into a syringe and inject it into my veins, would that kill me? if not, what would happen?

Okay, it’s toxic. But it would be cool if you could inject it, pop your knuckles, then shake your hands and have them glow.

After laughing at the other answers I couldn’t pass this up. Tell you what, get a glow stick, crack it, then break it open in a dark room and splatter it around the walls. Every little drop you make is toxic. If any gets on your tongue then it will feel like a spicy, stinging feeling. If you get any in your eye, you stand the chance of going either partially or fully blind in that eye. If you leave it on your skin for too long it will cause a rash. Will all this being said, do you really want to know if glow stick liquid wil make your veins glow? No, you will die. And even as you lay there dead, your veins will not glow because their “light” can’t be seen through your skin because it is too thick. Even if it didn’t kill you, and you some how managed not to get sick then it wouldn’t do anything.

Yes, you die of phenol poisoning. It was on 1000 ways to die too. Don’t do it.

Yes, you would most likely die. The ingredients of Glow Sticks are toxic, and cause severe irritation when it gets in the eye/ingested. Injecting poison into your veins will kill you. Please resist the temptation.
