What is the font used on the hollywood walk of fame stars?

I want to create a PHOTOSHOPPED image for a friend but can’t tell what type is used on the actual stars.

I doubt that it’s actually a font. Lettering done by stone cutters, engravers, etc. are not always something available as fonts that you can use on your computer. Condensed versions of Avenir, Frutiger or Gill Sans will get you something pretty close, though.
