What is the definition for admittants?

This was asked before and called “resolved” when it wasn’t. My question, a noun describing someone (patient, applicant, etc.) who HAS BEEN ADMITTED. I would say “admittant”, but if you’re not a linguist-philologist, don’t bother answering.
