What happens if you touch eyeballs with another person?

I touched eyeballs with a buddy of mine the other day and i wondered if anything could come of it.

well if he has pink eye than you could get it,
as for the other 2 idiots who said you can connect with them there lying,
also if he has a sickness you could get it through the mucus membranes i.e: nose, eyes ect.
