What could the nickname “Stretch” possibly mean?

Stretch is usually a nickname given to a “long drink of water”, someone tall, slim and long-legged.

Stretch nickname means tall.. and skinny too usually. Someone who looks “stretched out.”

It could mean you stretch a lot. It could also mean that you like to “stretch” towards a goal or achievement (kinda like when they use Stretch in baseball).
It could also mean that your arms and/or legs are very long, like they are stretched out abnormally.
