Saturated fat
Lipids are biomolecules made up of glycerol and fatty acids. It
is an esterification reaction and the bond present between fatty
acid and glycerol is ester bond.
In the figure, grey coloured boxes show glycerol.
Dotted boxes show ester bond.
Orange boxes show fatty acids.
There is no double in fatty acids so it is saturated.
