(note a triple bond. One on the mid is sigma while above and below are pi bonds.)
Another sp-hybrid orbital of C(on left) combines with sp-hybrid orbital of C(on right) and make a single sigma bond (in middle)
The bond above and below are the pi bonds and both are formed from the “Py” and “Pz” orbitals of both the C.

Another sp-hybrid orbital of C(on left) overlaps with sp2-hybrid orbital of carbon on right and forms a sigma bond.
