2) Make sure Cl satisifes the octet rule and has 8 electrons around it with one bond (standard halogen are always like this)

4) Looking at your model and counting how many bonds you have, and the number of lone pairs you can determine the system of your diagram, for example if A2E1 it will have a bent shape, where A is the number of bonds and E lone pairs
