Level 3 returns at Kohls?

I returned some things back to Kohls that I received as wedding gifts. The total came to about $550.00. They said that corporate had to process it and I would hear something in 7-10 days. Are they going to send me a check, a store credit, or what??

It happens when you’re returning a very large amount of gift items (with gift receipts or without any receipt). They’ll send you a check from corporate in a week or two. At least you can get cash out of it.

Yes they will send you a Corporate refund check. The store was correct it should take a little over a week.I don’t have the # to call if you don’t get it but I do have collections you can get the # there. 1-800-575-6457
