Is there a word “Invelent/Envelent(?)” that describes a person as not being able to do things for themselves?

As in “That person has a cast, you cannot confront him in a physical confrontation because he is Envelent/Invilent/Invelent(?)” Or, “You cannot do nothing for yourself, eh? What are you, an Envelent/Invelent?”…

The word is INVALID, as in not valid.which is what it literally means and why it is not used very much in the new world order of political correctness. The same folks who want you to say happy holidays instead of Merry Christmas so you do not offend anyone.
