I’m not sure if you are talking about the game for Xbox or for the PC but you will only be able to add items through the PC version. First, you need to open the console by pressing the tilde key ‘`’, its the key to the left of the 1 key at the top of the keyboard. Then, to add items you need to enter something such as this one for the grand soul gem:
player-> AddItem “misc_soulgem_grand” X
Replace ‘X’ with the number you want. To get an already-loaded soul gem, use the following command:
player-> AddSoulGem “Golden Saint” misc_soulgem_grand” 1
