You can get Power stones from Luna Bandits[[Agrabah]]and Silver Rocks[[Agrabah, Halloween Town(Lvl24), and Pride Lands(Lvl26)]]

Frost Crystals from Living Bones[[Pride Lands]]

almost all ingredients for the ultima weapon can be found at the world that never was. you can obtain them from certain kinds of nobodies in the castle. every species of nobody drops items. these items are very rare, be sure to equip the ability to get rarer items and the keyblade i forgot that increases luck of rare items drop.
