il cortisone advertisement alte dosi e per bocca causa ritenzione idrica.
pertaltro il singulair NON è cortisone, ma è a base di montelukast, un antagonista del recettore dei leucotrieni (mediatori dell’ infiamamzione); il risultato è simile a quello del cortisone (anche il cortisone diminuisce l’attività dei leucotrieni) ma senza i problemi del cortisone, compresa la ritenzione idrica.
