How to look at someone under your eyelashes?

I saw this online, and I’m curious about it.

First, the person has to be taller or you will look like a retarded monkey.

When the person is close to you, just tilyt your head down slightly ans roll your eyeballs up to look at them. If your lashes and mascara are pronounced, you should see it while you`re looking at them.

What they`ll see is your lashes in dramatic view and your eyes, the lashes will make your eyes look more exotic and mysterious.

That could be very hard. Been doing the same thing after I read your question.
