pues de que existe existe, la acabó de ver escrita en tu pregunta, de que sea correcto emplearla, pues tomando en cuenta que humillar es un verbo, y si tomamos por ejemplo la palabra llamativo que tambien proviene del verbo llamar, pues técnicamente está bien, aunque yo utilizaría mas bien Humilante si me estoy refiriendo a una persona o a una expeiencia.
